Sudha Murty, a well-known indian novelist and the wife of Narayana Murthy, the founder of Infosys, has recently drawn attention for leading a modest and straightforward life despite her notoriety. Numerous incidents of her living a regular life and taking part in regular activities have been in the news. Mrs Murty continues to be the subject of discussion, from amusing anecdotes about an immigration officer not understanding that her UK address was "10 Downing Street," the official residence of the british Prime minister and her son-in-law Rishi Sunak, to disclosing how she carries her own meals while travelling abroad. However, in addition to their admiration, some sometimes resort to mocking her for what they believe to be her selling' of an unnecessarily basic existence.
One social media user joked, "Sudha Murthy's simplicity is becoming really irksome." When travelling abroad, sudha Murthy carries her house with her; but, what if the hotel room was occupied by someone else? One more troll added, "Sudha Murthy carries her own chair in the aircraft."
