1 tsp urad dal (non-obligatory)

2 tbsp oil or ghee
Salt to taste
2½ cups water
Clean coriander for garnish

Dry roast the rava in a pan on medium heat till barely golden and aromatic. Set apart.
Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Upload urad dal (if the use of), green chili, curry leaves, and chopped onion. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
Upload crumbled paneer and cook dinner for two mins, allowing it to mixture with the spices.
Pour in water and upload salt. Convey it to a boil.
Slowly add roasted rava, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Prepare dinner on low heat for three–four mins until water is absorbed and the upma turns fluffy.
