As the COVID wave gets faded out slowly, UK government is planning to announce soon that wearing masks is not compulsory and it is a matter of one's personal choice. The official announcement regarding this face mask privacy issue will be made in a couple of weeks or days. Even though Corona reduced so much in the UK, for the past 24 hours, 24,885 cases were reported and there has been a sudden spike in the fresh cases. 


The total number of fresh positive cases has also crossed more than 48 lakhs and it has been an alarming situation right now. So, the UK prime minister Boris Johnson has decided to announce this face mask rule by end of this month and he will also make an official announcement regarding other ease of restrictions. 


The UK government has clarified that the vaccination program has been a hugely successful one and they ensured that the people who live in the UK wanted to get back to normal life and the government also told people that everyone should learn to adapt and live along with this virus as it cannot be eradicated completely from our day to day lives. The official announcement regarding face masks as one's own private thing will be made mostly on July 19, 2021.
