In an Income Tax Department investigation, Super saravana Stores and Selvaratnam Stores were found to have hidden Rs 1000 crore in earnings. For the past five days, the Income Tax Department has been inspecting Super saravana and Selvarathnam establishments. A total of Rs 1000 crore in earnings was hidden and then revealed. Similarly, the operation resulted in the seizure of Rs 10 crore in cash and Rs 6 crore in gold. He also acquired items in the textile and jewellery segments for an undisclosed amount of Rs 150 crore, according to reports.
