A scene mocking Jayalalithaa's death...!? Udhayanidhi's plan.?

The scene in the movie Kannai Nambathey, satirizing the death of late former chief minister Jayalalithaa, has caused controversy. Udhayanidhi Stalin's film Kannai Nambathey is being produced. M. Maran, who directed the successful movie Iravukku Aayiram Kangal starring Arul Nidhi, has also directed the film. Aathmika acted opposite Udayanidhi in this suspense thriller film. The movie also stars Prasanna, Srikanth, Sathish, Subiksha, Bhumika, Pasa Karupiya.
Sidhu Kumar composed the music for Kannai Nambathey. The movie is releasing in theaters today. Although the film has received a good response among the fans, a comedy scene in it has caused controversy. The AIADMK members are protesting against the scene which satirized the late former chief minister Jayalalithaa. Accordingly, in the comedy scene in the film, Satish will be talking about how he will deceive all of us by saying that he will be a mother for 75 days. Since it is a Udayanidhi film, there were criticisms that this scene was kept on purpose. In this case, the director of Kannai Nambathey film M. Maran has explained this controversial scene. He said that this scene was done on the spot. This is just a joke scene. Otherwise, the scene was not taken with any intention. Even though it is a Udayanidhi film, there will be no politics in it. Since it is a crime thriller film, they kept that scene only for comedy. If this scene hurts anyone's feelings, he apologizes for that, said M. Maran.
