Gautam adani, a multibillionaire who is essentially ruling every industry in the nation, is still involved in media endeavours. The adani group has now obtained a 49 percent stake in Quintillion business media after acquiring the majority stakes in the well-known news channel NDTV. AMG media Networks, controlled by gautam adani, has completed the purchase of about a 49% stake in Quintillion business media, a wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital business news platform run by Raghav Bahl, for Rs 47.84 crore, according to a stock exchange filing by adani Enterprises.

The news website Bloomberg Quint, now known as BQ Prime, is operated by Quintillion business Media. For its venture into the "publishing, advertising, broadcasting, and distribution of content over various types of media networks," the adani Group established AMG media Networks. adani Enterprises stated on march 1, 2022, that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Quint and was entering the media industry by purchasing an unspecified minority stake in QBML.

In september 2021, the conglomerate recruited seasoned journalist Sanjay Pugalia to head adani media Ventures. Separately, the adani group acquired a 64.71 percent interest in New delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV) last year, including the founders Prannoy Roy and radhika Roy's equity stake of 27.26 percent.  The Roys and four additional independent business directors resigned on december 30.
