BREAKING..! Chandrababu remanded for 14 days...

ACB court remanded tdp leader chandrababu naidu for 14 days in an ap skill development scam. The court has issued a verdict imposing judicial remand on him till the 22nd of this month. The court agreed with the arguments of the CID and decided to this extent. After the judge came on the bench, everyone was sent out of the court hall. Only 30 people were ordered to stay. Then the judgment was read. The court agreed with the argument of the counsel for the CID. The judge made it clear that Section 409 applies to Chandrababu in the case. Non-bailable applies to this section. The judge said that there was evidence against Chandrababu in the skill development case.
Arrangements are being made to move Chandrababu to rajahmundry Jail. Chandrababu will file a house motion petition tomorrow, Monday. The court rejected the plea of Chandrababu's lawyers to convert the judicial remand into house arrest. Chandrababu is the first former chief minister of andhra pradesh to go to jail. Arguments ended around two in the afternoon. We had to wait till 7 p.m. for the court verdict. After the arguments in the court, everyone eagerly awaited the final result. Chandrababu was seen talking to mp Keshineni Nani. He also spoke to the judges on his behalf. Chandrababu's lawyers requested to convert the judicial remand into house arrest.
Arguments on the arrest of tdp leader chandrababu naidu, who was earlier arrested in the skill development scam case, have ended in the vijayawada acb court. While Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy's team heard the arguments on behalf of CID, supreme court advocates siddhartha Luthra and Posani Venkakateswara Rao are giving arguments on behalf of Chandrababu. But the arguments of both sides were heated.


Chandrababu's lawyer, siddhartha Ludra, argued that the CID should request Chandrababu's custody and reject the remand report. The protracted arguments ended a short time ago. With this, the acb judge reserved the decision. Chandrababu's arrest remand report was submitted by CID to the court this morning. It said that an FIR was registered in this case in 2021. The CID asked the court to allow 15 days of custody to interrogate him.

Skill Development Scam:

In 2015, when the tdp government was in power in ap, it was decided to give skill training to the youth. For that, the state government will spend Rs. 3,350 crore project deal has been signed. The government has said that the youth will be trained in various skills through an organization called 'Seamen' from Germany. andhra pradesh government has to pay a ten percent share for this project. However, there have been allegations that the ap government has diverted Rs.240 crores in share payments. Apart from this, there are also charges of evading GST by making fake bills and creating invoices. But recently, Skill Development Corporation Chairman Konduru ajay Reddy filed a complaint with the ap CID alleging irregularities in the ap Skill case.
Meanwhile, cases have been registered against the chairman and director of that organization in the past. The YS jagan government has issued orders to conduct an inquiry into these allegations in July 2021. Meanwhile, the ED (Enforcement Directorate) has focused on financial transactions based on the CID report.
