Two persons were killed when a tree collapsed on them while riding motorcycles in Kesara during heavy rain and severe winds. The fatalities were identified as Nagi reddy Ram reddy, 56, and the pillion rider, Danunjay, 42, both from Bommalaramaram village. The disaster happened as they approached Venugopal Swamy Road in Thimmaipally, when a tree was uprooted by high winds and crashed on the passing bicyclists.
 
Another pillion rider, Dhanunjay of Bommalaramaram hamlet, suffered critical injuries and was proclaimed dead. police arrived to the location and began an investigation. Officials declined to offer any information regarding the event. Meanwhile, Keesara DPRO U. Aruna has confirmed that an inquiry is ongoing. She recommended the people to stay indoors to avoid such calamities.
 
Meanwhile, social activists demanded safety precautions during the monsoons. "Each year, we urge officials to remove weak trees to avoid such threats. We genuinely encourage local authorities to take proper measures because we observe multiple incidences of mortality caused by tree collapses each monsoon," stated Ananda Padmanabham.
