AR Rahman, a seasoned musician, is presently occupied with getting ready for his Wonderment show. His personal life had its ups and downs in the past, and he was in the headlines because of rumors that he and his wife, saira Bano, were divorcing. A social media post about rahman that said he was seeing the band's guitarist, mohini Dey, went viral shortly after the divorce news.
 
In a recent interview, the singer discussed the detrimental effects that rumors about one's personal life may have on one's mental health. AR rahman talked candidly about the planning of his "Wonderment" tour, the usage of artificial intelligence in music, rumors, and their effects on mental health in an interview with IANS.
 
Rahman responded, "I think rumors do affect you, and every artist goes through that phase," when asked how crucial mental happiness is for music and whether rumors have an impact on him.  Mental health is negatively impacted by rumors.  Artists must continue their work even if they frequently feel stuck in such circumstances. They must perform songs like "Humma Humma" and "Chaiyya Chaiyya" even in difficult situations.  Whether you're a singer or someone else, you wind up acting in those situations where you may be in pain on the inside but need to pretend that you're content."

When rumors about AR rahman start to circulate, he was asked how he feels.  "Such things do affect us, but I believe they are a part of life," he said in response. It involves ups and downs.
 
AR rahman had responded to the rumors with a statement at the time. Additionally, he issued a court notice threatening to sue anyone disseminating false information about him.  In addition to announcing her divorce from her husband, music composer Mark Hartsuch, mohini Dey made headlines. mohini plays bass and is a member of Rahman's group.
