Male performers who put on a front of being awake and feminist were strongly criticized by actress malavika Mohanan.  The actor from "The raja Saab," who will soon co-star with Prabhas, criticized the hypocrisy in a recent interview, claiming that many males have grown astute in recent years and have mastered the art of feigning to be feminists.  She described their actions as nothing less than hypocrisy and voiced her surprise and incredulity at them.

"I don't think this disparity has ever ended in the film industry," malavika mohanan stated in an interview with Hauterrfly.  I also believe that males have become incredibly intelligent, and I have noticed this in many male actors who have suddenly learned how to pass as woke in the previous five to six years."

She went on to remark, "They know precisely what to say to make themselves sound like a feminist, like a really progressive person, like they respect women like equals.  And I have witnessed them revert to their former public persona and turn into the most sexist individual I have ever encountered.  It is hypocritical.

Mohanan also discussed the 'navel fetish' of the South film industry in the same interview.  "Because I grew up in Mumbai, I used to be really confused too," she remarked.  The phenomenon that navels are so fixated on was entirely new.  On social media, you would then see images of actresses with their bodies zoomed in. There is a real thing called nail fixation.

Malavika Mohanan's most recent appearance was in the tamil movie "Thangalaan," which came out last year and starring parvathy thiruvothu and Chiyaan Vikram.
