Fructose

A high fructose intake can also cause your liver to become resistant to insulin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar.  Type 2 diabetes subsequently develops as a result, and liver health is severely compromised.  Fatigue, abdominal pain, inexplicable weight loss, black urine, yellowing of the skin and eyes, and a desire for sweets are some indicators that sugar is damaging your liver.

Seed Oils
Dr. Sethi claims that seed oils, such as soybean, corn, sunflower, and canola oils—which are frequently found in processed meals and dining establishments—are rich in omega-6 fatty acids, which when present in excess cause an imbalance with omega-3 fatty acids in the body. In addition to heart problems, type 2 diabetes, and even arthritis, it causes chronic inflammation, which is the primary cause of numerous diseases, including irreversible liver damage.

Experts also claim that processing these oils frequently introduces toxic chemicals and removes nutrients.  These oils' quality can be further deteriorated and harmful compounds that harm the liver can be produced by heating them, especially repeatedly.  Additionally, because seed oils include linoleic acid, which is transformed into arachidonic acid, a chemical known to promote inflammation, several medical professionals have expressed concern about them.

Fruit Juices
Fruit juice can cause abrupt and fast rises in insulin and blood sugar, which ultimately promote fat accumulation and raise the risk of fatty liver disease, even though consuming fruit is one of the finest things you can do for your health.  The issue is exacerbated by the fact that many fruit drinks are likewise loaded with added sugars.

According to Dr. Sethi, fruit juices can be quite rich in sugar, which is bad for your liver, and they frequently lack the fiber and other healthy ingredients that are present in whole fruits.  Make your own cold-pressed juices without adding any sugar if you truly want to drink them.
