With the premiere of "Shubham," which is scheduled for May 9 in theaters, star heroine samantha is becoming a producer.  Praveen Kandregula directed Shubham, which was produced under Samantha's Tralala Productions banner.

In general, star-studded movies will pay differently. The main actors are paid according to their level of fame. But as a producer, samantha doesn't think that there should be such a salary gap. She stated that she should, if at all possible, collaborate on a movie with well-known actors since she believes in equal competence, compensation, and experience.

"I never say never," samantha responded when asked if she would ever make a movie with celebrities. I want to take great care of everything under Tralala Productions. I support equal pay, equal experience, and equal talent.  Since everyone was new, it was simple for this movie.  I am aware that the standards for various types of films vary.  I aim to ensure equal experience, equal talent, and equal compensation as much as possible.

Samantha has a good idea, but in a sector like Tollywood, it is very hard to put into practice.  However, she would undoubtedly revolutionize the game if she could apply this rule to any of her future production endeavors.
