For people who live alone or are hurrying to get to work, ramen noodles are a quick and simple, satisfying snack. However, a video that has gone viral on social media has shocked ramen noodle lovers and caused them to reconsider their favorite go-to snack.
 
In the video, the words "Warning: cancer and Reproductive Harm" are emblazoned on the back of a packet of ramen noodles.  'omggotworms', the instagram user who shared the video, expressed surprise at the warning label. In the video, he flips over several ramen packets to reveal the tiny caution notice printed in small font. "Wait... Ramen noodles come with this warning? cancer + reproductive harm?? read the labels carefully," the Instagrammer wrote in the caption of the post. Check the video below,
Many people on social media were astonished and perplexed when they first saw the video.  Some commenters described the film as eye-opening, while others claimed to be aware of the possible health dangers associated with the noodles and other processed meals.
 
"Almost anything we eat can harm us if we consume too much of it, but occasionally it shouldn't be an issue.  I think I've had it around six times a year.  One user commented, "I would eat more, but it's too spicy."
 
"Eating it doesn't even feel healthy.  Another person questioned, "Why not eat those instead of spaghetti?"
