1-Bank of Baroda

Bank of Baroda has waived the charge levied on all fixed savings accounts for not meeting the minimum balance conditions from July 1, 2025. However, this charge has not been waived in premium savings account plans.

2-Indian Bank
Indian bank has also announced that it will completely waive the minimum balance charge. The average minimum balance charge has been waived in all types of savings accounts from July 7, 2025.

3-Canara Bank
Canara bank has waived the minimum balance charge for all types of savings accounts, including regular savings accounts, in May this year. These include salary accounts and nri savings accounts.

4-PNB
Punjab National bank has also provided relief to its customers by eliminating the minimum average balance charge on all types of savings accounts.

5-State bank of India
State bank, which has been charging an average minimum balance since 2020, has now abolished it. This means that now no charges will be levied even if the minimum balance conditions are not met in the savings account.
