Tanushree urged the public and the authorities to intervene and save her before things got worse.

Do something before it's too late." tanushree dutta said in the video, crying. Her fans who saw this video are consoling her and advising her to go back to America, where she will be safe.
Tanushree Dutta was one of the first indian actresses to speak out during the #MeToo movement. She publicly accused veteran actor nana patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of the 2009 film Horn 'OK' Please. She said she had filed a complaint with the Cine & television Artistes Association (CINTAA) in this regard, but no action was taken. Datta also accused filmmaker vivek Agnihotri of misbehaving with her during the shooting of the 2005 film chocolate and asking her to "take off her clothes and dance" along with co-star Irrfan Khan. She said that both Khan and suniel shetty stood by her at that time. Both nana patekar and vivek Agnihotri denied the allegations made by Tanushree Dutta.
