1/2 kg chicken

1/2 cup curd

3/4 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tbsp garam masala

1 tablespoon of curry powder

1/4 tbsp tartaric powder, black pepper powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

A spoonful of lemon juice

As much oil as needed

Method of preparation:

First prepare the above mixture. Add curd in a bowl and then add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, cayenne powder, salt, turmeric powder, cayenne powder, coriander powder. Now add some oil and lemon juice and mix. Mix everything well, the mixture should be stiff. Now add enough salt and pepper to taste. Then add chicken meat and mix well. Refrigerate the spiced chicken for 6 hours.

How to make tandoori chicken?

Heat in microwave for 15-20 minutes. Now place a foil on the oven tray. Then place the greased wire tray. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 15 minutes. Take out the chicken. Then if any masala mix is left, apply some more to it.. cook again for 10 minutes. Keep it in broil mode for the last 5 minutes. Then take it out and apply oil with a brush. Now heat a bowl and roast the chicken in it again for 5 minutes and the tandoori chicken is ready. Enjoy it with mint chutney.
