A woman in maharashtra had filed a case against her in-laws and husband for mental and physical torture after being sexually harassed by her father-in-law and being forced to drink chicken blood on the orders of a self-proclaimed godman.

The woman's husband and father-in-law have been arrested, and her mother-in-law has been charged. Her spouse was impotent, according to the 33-year-old victim, and her in-laws kept it from her. Her father-in-law allegedly tried to force himself on her in order to impregnate her.

She said that when she learned of her husband's impotence, she informed her family. Following that, her in-laws assaulted her physically.

After being married since december 30, 2018, the woman with a bachelor's degree and her spouse, a diploma engineer, have been living separately for the last four months. According to Inspector Jitendra Kadam of the Bhosari police station, the police have begun an inquiry into all of the accusations stated in the complaint.

According to the woman's complaint, she has been subjected to mental and physical abuse by her in-laws since 2018. At the Bhosari police station, a case has been filed under relevant provisions of the indian Penal Code, as well as Section 3 of the maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil, and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013.
