
Today airtel users in many parts of india faced a sudden network disruption. A large number of customers complained about mobile data and voice call services not working. According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, by 4:04 pm, more than 2,300 reports came about disruption in Airtel's services. This problem was affecting not only mobile data but also voice call and SMS services.
Company statement
Airtel issued a statement saying - "We are currently facing a network outage problem. Our team is working on it expeditiously so that services can be restored as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this."
Users' anger
Many customers expressed anger on social media. They told that not only calls and SMS were affected for a long time, but there was also a problem of data cut on 4G network even though they have taken a 5g plan. Due to this, people raised questions on Airtel's network quality and infrastructure. Apart from this, users are also facing a lot of problems in availing Airtel's services. Although the company has said that it will fix it soon, but such problems cause a lot of trouble to the users, which sometimes causes loss to the people.
