Veteran Actress KPAC Lalitha passes away...

KPAC Lalitha is one of the best character actresses the country has ever seen. KPAC has been with us for over five decades. Amazing female roles that make you laugh, cry and think. Finally, KPAC is a simple journey without makeup. chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, leader of the Opposition VD Satheesan, Ramesh Chennithala, Mammootty, Mohanlal, and manju warrier expressed their condolences on the death of KPAC Lalitha. KPAC Lalitha passed away due to prolonged illness at the age of 73.

Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the unique talent of the malayalam film industry has been lost with the demise of KPAC Lalitha. She has penetrated the hearts of different generations with her acting skills and has become a part of the history of an era. As the President of the Lalitha sangeetha Nataka Akademi, she always worked for hand in hand with the progressive movement. The cm said that he shares the grief of family members and colleagues.

Opposition leader VD Satheesan said that Lalitha is an actress who has adapted each character with her usual acting skills. Lalitha is an actress who does extreme justice to the characters.  She is the school of natural acting.


Mammootty wrote on facebook that he has lost a very dear person. Actress manju warrier wrote in a facebook post that she was a woman who loved her like her mother. Farewell to the unique artist who loved her like a mother and taught her many things as a teacher.
