Many people have expressed concern over Superstar Prabhas' absence from Adipurush's pre-release marketing. The actor traveled to the US after the much anticipated pre-release event in Tirupathi, and the PR people insisted that he would be promoting the movie there—something he never did. So why did prabhas first leave India?

Even though there have previously been allegations that he went there to have his knee examined because some physicians suggested he have another minor surgery. However, certain suspicions are surfacing that prabhas traveled to the USA just to avoid the criticism he will be subjected to over Adipurush. According to an informed source, "Prabhas has seen the preview with some industry experts, and they have anticipated this backlash and criticism much earlier, which is why the actor left the country."

In any case, many fans predicted that Adipurush may receive mixed reviews owing to its subpar and unimpressive VFX, but they did not foresee how the audience would criticise the film's whole plot. The crowd is not very fond by the erroneous representation of the Ramayana. prabhas should have warned them if he is aware of this well in advance already.
