When most people hear the word "girlfriend," they immediately think of a love tale. When the film "The Girlfriend," starring rashmika mandanna and directed by rahul Ravindran, was revealed, many people assumed it would be a dramatic love tale. But the film is more than just a love story.

Rashmika is back in hyderabad after the huge success of "Animal" and is taking part in the first session of the film, which is being shot on the outskirts of the city.
