Bollywood actress deepika padukone has returned to work once again after becoming a mother. As soon as she returned from the break, the actress has a line of films one after the other. After the sequel of the 2024 film 'Kalki 2898 AD' and 'King', now deepika has got another big project. The actress has signed a film with 'Kalki 2898 AD' actor Prabhas.

deepika padukone will be seen in Prabhas' film 'Spirit'. This is an action-packed film which is being directed by 'Animal' director sandeep Reddy Vanga. If the report of Siyasat is to be believed, deepika had earlier refused to do this film in 2024 due to pregnancy. But during the shooting of the film Fauji, prabhas got injured and suffered a lot of injuries due to which the shooting of the film had to be postponed.

Why deepika padukone agreed for 'Spirit'?

Due to the postponement of the shooting of 'Spirit', deepika padukone got a chance in the film once again. When sandeep Reddy Vanga offered deepika a role in 'Spirit' again, the actress immediately agreed. Reports also claim that deepika liked the script and her role in the film very much. Her character is one of the strongest female roles ever written by the director. Because of this, deepika was very impressed.

The actress has also charged a hefty amount of Rs 20 crore for her role in the film. The new shooting schedule of this prabhas starrer action film is now from october 2025.
