This immortalized novel was made into a film and received a huge response from fans. The sequels to the film were released from 2001 to 2011. The first part, 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone', was released in 2001 and grossed $317 million worldwide. The 2002 film 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' grossed $261.99 million, and the 2004 film 'Prisoner of Azkaban' grossed $249 million.
The subsequent parts collected 290 million dollars. The final chapter was released in 2 parts in 2010 and 2011. These two parts collected about 300 million US dollars.
