The makers of director Leo john Paul's investigative delusion thriller Maargan, providing actor vijay antony inside the lead, on tuesday introduced that they would be liberating the opening six minutes of the film to audiences in advance of the film's release on june 27.
The ambitious choice comes from the religion the makers have in the content of the movie, which they believe will grip audiences and draw them to theatres.

The movie has been hogging the limelight ever because the makers launched a trailer that confirmed vijay antony playing a cop referred to as dhruv from the mumbai police inside the movie.
Dhruv, who has suffered a private loss, takes it upon himself to track down a serial killer who appears to be targetting younger girls. The killer apparently injects the sufferers with a drug that leaves the bodies of the sufferers charred. As the police officers near in on a suspect and start interrogating him, they recognise that the man or woman they're managing is a person who is way extra powerful than what they presumed....
Speaking to IANS about the style of his movie, widely known editor Leo john Paul who turns director with this movie, had said, "40 in step with cent of this film will centre round research. The remaining 60 in step with cent will revolve around mystery. To place it successfully in English, it'll deal with astral journey. If you watch the closing shot of this film's trailer, you'll see the astral body of the character popping out. Delusion is a favourite style of mine because it helps me see cinema in a larger than existence manner. So, combining both myth and an investigative thriller in same measure, we've got made this film."
The movie, which is to hit displays on june 27, will apart from Vijay Antony, also feature actors ajay Dhishan, Samuthirakani, Brigida, Deepshikha, Mahanathi shankar and Vinodh Sagar in pivotal roles.
