Chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao announced intentions to build an integrated Twin Towers office building for all the Heads of Departments (HoDs) as soon as the Dr. BR Ambedkar telangana State secretariat was fully functioning. The Twin Towers complex will house all of the department heads' offices, giving the concerned officials quick access to the corresponding departments within the State Secretariat.

During a review meeting conducted at his office in the secretariat on Monday, the chief minister enquired about the number of employees employed in each of the departments in question, their need for office space, and other information. He also talked about the available land needed to build the Twin Towers near to the State secretariat and said he will make a decision soon.

Additionally, Chandrashekhar Rao reaffirmed the State government's commitment to supporting caste-based traditional occupations and pledged to give the Rajaka, Nayi Brahmin, Pusala, Budagajangala, and other bc and MBC caste communities financial assistance in the amount of Rs 1 lakh. He gave the cabinet subcommittee headed by bc Welfare minister Gangula kamalakar instructions to complete the rules in a few days and start disbursing on Welfare Day, which will be observed as part of the subsequent decade-long celebrations of telangana State Formation Day. The decennial festivities of the telangana State Formation Day should be a huge success, so he wanted the officials to make all the necessary arrangements.

The newly built State Secretariat's comfortable working environment and welcoming mood for staff members and officials pleased the chief minister at the time. As the first month of the Secretariat's existence came to an end, he asked about the infrastructure and the availability of amenities.

Chandrashekhar Rao afterwards paid a visit at the telangana Martyrs' Memorial to look over the ongoing development. He requested the Roads and Buildings (R&B) officials to see to it that the sacrifices of telangana martyrs are remembered during the decade-long celebration of telangana Formation Day. The chief minister gave specific instructions to the engineers and suggested installing the statue of telangana Talli in the open space in front of the Martyrs' Memorial, accompanied by magnificent fountains on both sides, with the majority of the work already finished and the final stages of beautification underway. He emphasised the significance of providing easy access for guests during the centenary celebrations without impeding traffic.
