A Child usually gets orphaned when it loses both its parents and none of the family members want to rescue or bring up the kid. But, in a unique case at the supreme court of India, a little girl got orphaned due to the court itself. This unique judgment was made by Judges hemanth Gupta and Ramasubramaniam.


The Kid who was orphaned by the court when it was just 5 months have found a new home through Kripal Amrik Singh and Balwinder Kaur as they wished to adopt the little one from the Child Care home in the mumbai City. The court which heard the appeal from the adoptive parents granted them permission to adopt the two and a half year old little girl. 


The original biological mother told about the pregnancy as she got raped by her office boss and also had an illicit affair with one of her friends. She gave birth to a girl baby on 8th of january 2019 and immediately after a week's time an NGO has reached Child Welfare Committee to inform that the biological mom was not giving proper attention and care to the child. 


They also added that the mom was willing to give away the baby to an orphanage or adoption or any ashram. So, the NGO even warned the court that the mom might sell the child. Now, the little one has found new parents and also brought happiness to the childless couple.
