The second charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the sensational delhi liquor policy scam names Kalvakuntla Kavitha, a Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) lawmaker and the daughter of telangana chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao. ysr congress party mp from Ongole Magunta Srinivasulu reddy and delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal are also included on the charge sheet, according to sources out of New Delhi. The ED filed charge sheets against 17 people in total for the scam.

According to sources, the ED cited Kavitha's name from a statement made by one of the main suspects, sameer Mahendru. The central organisation claimed that kavitha had already been questioned about this once. According to the charge sheet, kavitha was accused of destroying significant evidence pertaining to the financial transactions in the delhi liquor scam. Additionally, it was revealed that kavitha had attended gatherings with other people involved in the liquor scam that were held in Delhi's Oberoi Hotels.

The aam aadmi party allegedly used the funds obtained from the suspected delhi liquor scam for election campaigns in Goa, according to the ED's charge sheet. The ED stated in the chargesheet filed in the case that "investigation of the trail of this kickback so far has revealed that sections of these monies were used in the election campaign of the AAP." The ED claims that over Rs 70 lakh in cash was paid to the volunteers who made up the AAP's survey teams.
