On Sunday, chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said it was time for veterans to continue their contribution to the nation in order to improve the quality of people's lives. He welcomed a sizable group of Maharashtrian ex-service members into the Bharat Rashtra Samithi and reminded them that only a changed india could bring about qualitative change. He demanded a fundamental overhaul of the political system in order to usher in a new period of prosperity, growth, and uplift.

He said it was encouraging that nation soldiers had responded to the BRS slogan, "Ab Ki Baar Kisan Sarkar," by coming forward, and that it was now up to the ex-servicemen to continue their mission to bring about meaningful change in the lives of the populace. The BRS, which has been making significant gains in maharashtra under the banner of "Ab Ki Baar Kisan Sarkar," now has the addition of jai Jawan supporting jai Kisan in the foreground. This is due to the large number of retired soldiers who have joined the party.

Over two lakh ex-service members dwell in the State, the bulk of them are eager to play a pivotal part in achieving the much-discussed Bharat Parivartan, the president of the BRS's stated objective. Some colonels among the retired military personnel who joined the party, in addition to a number of ex-servicemen association officers from various districts of maharashtra, gave the party leadership their full support in their efforts to bring about a qualitative change in administration.

A well-known ex-serviceman and secretary of the "Fauji Janata Party" from the Nasik area, sunil Bapurao Pagare, was one of those who joined on Sunday. praveen Anand Thoke from Malegaon, Sagar Magre from Nashik, Tukaram Dafad from Pune, sunil Andhare from Solapur, Baban Pawar from Shirur, and sandeep Lagad from Dond, to name a few, were among the others who attended the event.

There were BRS leaders Shankaranna Dhondge, MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, mla Balka Suman, former minister Samudrala Venugopalachari, and others.
