Kumar under sections 147, 148, 153A, 295R/W149, 307, 308, 323, 325, 395, 436 of IPC. Along with this, the
Rouse Avenue court has removed section 302 of murder against Sajjan Kumar.
In fact, in 2015, the SIT started the investigation in the Sikh riot case by registering FIRs in Janakpuri
and Vikaspuri. Earlier, Delhi's Rouse Avenue court had postponed the decision till sunday (August 20).
Who was killed in Janakpuri and Gurugram?
Two Sikhs Sohan Singh and his son-in-law Avtar Singh were killed in Janakpuri on november 1, 1984. While
Gurcharan Singh was burnt in the area of Vikaspuri police station. He died 30 years after this. In the whole case,
the SIT had also conducted a polygraphy test of Sajjan Kumar in May 2018.

In 1984, the then prime minister Indira gandhi was murdered by her Sikh bodyguards for Operation Bluestar in
the golden temple complex. After this, anti-Sikh riots started in many parts including delhi and Punjab. In this,
