The Greater hyderabad Municipal Corporation's (GHMC) Directorate of Enforcement Vigilance and Disaster Management (EVDM) has released hotline numbers for rain-related assistance in response to the city's moderate to heavy rainfall warning from IMD. For assistance from the GHMC-DRF (Disaster Response Force) with various rain-related issues, residents can call 040-21111111 or 9000113667. The wall collapse site at banjara hills Road No. 10 in the Gowrishankar Colony was also examined by the EVDM director. However, there were no casualties noted.

The EVDM team will respond to reports of downed trees and branches obstructing traffic, rescue persons and animals, control water stagnation, and respond to building collapses and fires. By supplying a map position, incident photos, the kind of complaint, and a phone number, people were invited to report incidents' precise locations to the EVDM.

IMD hyderabad predicted that today would bring rain or thundershowers to all six zones: Charminar, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, Secunderabad, and Serilingampally. It issued an orange alert for the city and said that there may occasionally be strong spells there.
