Anbumani Ramadoss said: “The tamil people living in sri lanka have been subjected to racism, discrimination and other forms of intolerance for decades. In sri lanka, tens of thousands of Tamils have been massacred. Many others continue to be oppressed. The UN calls for justice for the first atrocity and crimes against humanity of the 21st century committed by the Sinhalese government against the tamil people of Eelam. We call on all Member States to implement the call of the Commissioner for Human Rights.


UN in connection with the genocide in Sri Lanka. According to the evidence gathered by the office of the Human Rights Commissioner's sri lanka Accountability Project (SLAP), the UN has condemned the violence against the Elamites and the way the Sri Lankan government is getting away with it with impunity. We ask the member states of the Commission on Human Rights to decide. To achieve this by imposing various types of sanctions on the Sri Lankan government, each country prosecuting civil and criminal cases in its own courts, transferring war crimes cases to the international Courts of Justice that are now functioning around the world, and creating an international criminal justice mechanism to specifically investigate war crimes committed in Sri Lanka. The UN said that We call on the member states of the Human Rights Council.


Likewise, the UN Commission to collect evidence related to war crimes committed in sri lanka and make recommendations. We also request that Member States assist the mechanism of the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the following ways.


*Maintain and strengthen the strong team created under the Accountability Plan by making the cases strong in all possible legal arenas using the resources accumulated so far.


* So far covered up war crimes, crimes against humanity, tamil Genocide and the 2015 UN report on Sri Lanka. Ensure that evidence is gathered through the mechanism for all crimes, including systematic, widespread crimes by the Sinhalese government against the people of Elam, as mentioned in the report of the office of the Human Rights Commissioner.


Thirdly, we request the Member States to take the following measures to curb racism against the Elamites in Sri Lanka.


* Stopping the population change that is being carried out through the settlement of Sinhalese in areas where Tamils have been living for a long time and the destruction of Hindu temples with the help of the Sri Lankan government.


* Through the United Nations Assembly, we request that Sri Lankan President should be taken to the international criminal court (ICC), international court of Justice (ICJ) and other international mechanisms to stop and punish her." Thus he spoke.


It is noteworthy that the UN Human Rights Commissioner's report on the human rights violations committed against the Tamils in sri lanka was presented in this meeting.
