Thanks to a news article in the Deccan Chronicle, residents of east Marredpally were able to breathe easier when Trinity's constructor retrieved all of the building materials that had been put outside of its property. A traffic bottleneck was being caused by the debris. Near Eshwari Bai intersection, a multi-story commercial/residential skyscraper called The Trinity was purportedly being built against the will of the municipality and without any consideration for open space. 
M.K. Rao Charitable Trust owns Trinity, which is being built by Namishree Builders and Trishala Infratech. Earlier, Residents and those passing through the Marredpally road from st Ann’s school road towards Marredpally are in irked as the Multi storied commercial cum residential complex, which came up near the Eswari Bai junction, opposite to st john the Baptist church, Marredpally,
Many complaints were made to ghmc authorities, according to the locals, but they reportedly chose to keep quiet. The ghmc official handle was mentioned by several users who brought up this matter on social networking site X , yet the building owners were not penalised. ghmc kept a muted response for a while and after the news was blown out of proportion, the action has been taken and it has been a relief for the people now!
