For a week, choked drains near the Hanuman temple in Kunwarwadi, Fateh Darwaza, have been overflowing, despite several concerns from the local population that have gone unheeded. people are forced to use different routes because of the contaminated water in order to prevent dirt from spilling on their clothing. When it rains, the drains overflow, causing a problem for locals, according to a complaint made by a resident named Merajuddin.
According to him, the problem is solved till the next period of rain when the HMWSSB employees desilt the drain.  The drain is a problem for individuals who visit the nearby mosque since the soiled water overflows into the streets. The carelessness of the authorities has upset many who are making their way to prayers. According to a local shopkeeper named Faraz Ahmed, the polluted water makes it unsafe for people to stroll on the road. He also brooded over how the water was spawning mosquitoes.
