people. Along with this, some videos also went viral in which Alpesh Vijayvargi is giving awards to people.
There are photographs of Kailash Vijayvargi on them. As soon as this matter came under the supervision of
Congress, congress leader Sanjay Shukla became active and complained about this matter to the Election

The son of Kailash Vijayvargiya, bjp candidate from assembly Constituency 1, has violated the election code
of conduct by distributing gifts containing his father’s photograph to women and girls. This allegation was made
by the congress party. A complaint in this regard has been lodged with the election commission on behalf of
the area's congress candidate Sanjay Shukla. In this complaint, it has been said that on the occasion of the
conclusion of navratri festival, Alpesh Vijayvargiya, son of bjp candidate Kailash Vijayvargiya, distributed
awards containing the picture of his father Kailash Vijayvargiya to women and girls. Shukla said that this award
was a temptation. Through which all these voters were appealed to vote in support of the bjp candidate. This is
a clear violation of the Model Code of Conduct. This complaint has been lodged with the election Commission.
