Singh Raghuvanshi lodged a complaint that a person had posted on dussehra on october 24 in a group

named Political Maneuver on the social media platform WhatsApp. Shared a video. He told that in this

video related to the Ram-Ravana war scene of a television serial, the pictures of Vijayvargiya and Shukla

were allegedly cropped on the faces of Ravana and ram respectively.

According to the information received by the officer, a case has been registered on thursday night against

the holder of the mobile number using which this controversial video was sent to the whatsapp group. He

said that this case is under section 295-A of the indian Penal Code (deliberate acts of malicious intent to

outrage religious feelings of any class), section 298 (words intentionally uttered with intent to outrage

religious feelings) ), has been registered under section 500 (defamation) and other relevant provisions. The

accused is being identified through technical investigation.
