A significant development unfolded today in the supreme court regarding the high-profile skill development scam case that has stirred controversy in Andhra Pradesh. The andhra pradesh Crime Investigation Department (AP CID) filed a crucial petition seeking the cancellation of the bail granted to telugu desam party (TDP) chief chandrababu naidu in connection with the skill development case.

The bail had been previously granted by the ap High court, prompting the ap CID to approach the supreme court challenging this decision. During the hearing, the supreme court issued a notice to chandrababu naidu, directing him to submit a counter by december 8. Additionally, the court instructed Naidu not to disclose case details publicly pending further investigation.

However, the supreme court clarified that he is allowed to participate in political rallies and activities during this period. The Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by the CID resulted in the trial bench issuing notices to all respondents. Mukul Rohatgi, representing the CID, raised objections to Chandrababu's bail and exemption from certain conditions. As a result, the supreme court postponed the case to the 11th of the following month.

Simultaneously, the ap High Court's decision to grant bail to Chandrababu on the grounds of his alleged involvement in corruption related to the skill development scam case and funds diversion to tdp accounts faced a challenge in the form of a CID petition filed in the supreme court on the 21st of the month. The supreme Court's forthcoming decision on this matter is anticipated to play a crucial role in the trajectory of the skill development scam case against Chandrababu Naidu.
