culprits.
I apologize unconditionally – Badal

apologize. I sincerely and unconditionally apologize to the Khalsa Panth that the heinous act of desecration of Sri
Guru Granth Sahib Ji took place during the Akali regime. I also apologize for the fact that we were not able to
catch and punish the culprits during the remaining time of our tenure. I am very sad that we could not understand
the conspiracies of some so-called sectarian individuals and organizations and could not defeat them. We were
forced to hand over the investigation to CBI. This is the most painful incident in the life of me and my father
Prakash Singh Badal ji.
