BRS mla Kalvakunta Kavitha, who was involved in the delhi liquor scam case a few months ago, is still being investigated for bail. KCR's daughter Kalvakunta Kavitha, who is in judicial custody, has also approached the delhi High court for bail.. Especially in this delhi liquor case, Kalvakunta Kavita has tried to get a mail in Rouse Avenue court saying that all the charges filed against Kavita by ED and cbi are also conspiracies like those done against her.


A bail petition with 1,149 pages was also filed yesterday. However, as justice was not served in the lower court, she also approached the High Court. Justice Suryakanta Sharma, who also heard this petition, conducted a hearing on this day. But later this hearing was adjourned to 24th of this month. The ED requested some time to clear various arguments on the bail petition filed by Kavita.


Due to this, the delhi High court postponed the trial to 24th of this month. Kalvakunta kavitha was arrested by ED on march 15 this year.. Since then she is trying to get bail and there is more and more delay. Kavitha's bail is going to shock the BRS leaders.. cbi arrested her on april 11 in the delhi Liquor case.. Kalwakunta Kavita is currently in Tihar Jail.
