Minister ashok Chaudhary has filed a defamation case against prashant Kishor. Now the reaction of Jan Suraj founder prashant kishor has come on this. Talking to journalists on tuesday (03 June, 2025), prashant kishor said that no one has been born to scare us with defamation, case and FIR.

PK told the journalists, "The person whose name you are taking (Ashok Chaudhary) can defame him as many times as you want, go and file an FIR. Does prashant kishor look like someone who is afraid of anyone? Are we a sand mafia? Do we do liquor business? Are we in any government post? We have been running a campaign in bihar for three years with full confidence and look, we have come in front of you, not even a single havildar is with us. In the bihar where after becoming the chief, he roams around with four gunmen in the name of security, in the same bihar, I have been walking on foot for three years and not even a single dog has bitten me."

'No one can say that we have done anything wrong'

prashant said that this government picked me up from gandhi Maidan in the dark to arrest me. people from 20 police stations went together to arrest me. They took me to the court. What happened? They let me go the same day out of fear. No one can stand in bihar and say that prashant kishore has taken even a single rupee from anyone. No one can say that we have done anything wrong, no one can say that we are going and abusing anyone.

PK further said, "We said that jobs are being sold from BPSC. Those people also said that they will file a defamation case. They sent a notice. Did you have the courage to file a defamation case? Who doesn't know that government jobs are sold here. If a case is filed for saying this, then a defamation case will be filed against all journalists."

The journalists asked whether you stand by your statement that ashok Chaudhary's daughter was given money to get the ticket? On this, PK said that this matter is being openly discussed in Bihar. There is no need for prashant kishor to say this.
