
The NIA court on thursday acquitted all the seven accused including Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Lieutenant Colonel Purohit in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. The court said that there is a lack of evidence in this case and there are also flaws in the investigating agencies. The court says that the prosecution has proved that there was a blast in Malegaon, but it has not been proved that the bomb was kept in the bike.
