Good news for farmers! The 21st installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme is expected to be released in October or november 2025. While the official date is yet to be announced, here’s everything farmers should know to receive the benefit without delays.

📅 1. When Will the 21st Installment Be Released?

The installment is likely to be credited in October–November 2025, just ahead of the Rabi season, helping farmers purchase seeds, fertilizers, and other essentials. The exact date will be confirmed soon by the Ministry of Agriculture.

💰 2. Amount Farmers Will Receive

Under the PM-KISAN scheme, eligible farmers get 6,000 per year, divided into three installments of 2,000 each. The 21st installment will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of registered farmers.

 3. Check Your Eligibility

Farmers must be registered under the scheme, own cultivable land, and have their bank account linked with Aadhaar. government employees, income-tax payers, and institutional landowners are not eligible for PM-KISAN benefits.

🌐 4. How to Check Your Beneficiary Status

Farmers can visit the PM-KISAN official website (pmkisan.gov.in) and use their Aadhaar number, mobile number, or bank account number to check if their name is included in the beneficiary list.

🏦 5. Ensure bank & Aadhaar Linkage

To avoid payment failures, make sure your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account and your details (name, IFSC code) are correctly updated in the PM-KISAN portal.

📲 6. Use PM-KISAN mobile App

Farmers can download the PM-KISAN app to check installment status, update details, and receive alerts about payment releases — all from their mobile phones.

⚠️ 7. Fix Pending Issues Quickly

If your name is missing from the beneficiary list or your installment hasn’t been credited, visit your nearest Krishi Seva Kendra or contact the local agriculture department to resolve the issue.
