Under Dhyan Chand’s leadership, india won gold medals in three consecutive Olympics.
Announced that the government is constructing the Major Dhyan Chand sports University in meerut in his memory.
Tournament Details:
The junior hockey world cup will be hosted in chennai and madurai from november 28 to december 10, 2025.
24 international teams will participate in this 15-day “Junior hockey Mahakumbh.”
The winning team will be awarded this glittering trophy at the tournament’s conclusion.
