1-year jail if you use whatsapp with a fake document..!?

The central government has imposed new regulations and restrictions in the indian Telecommunication Bill 2022. Under these new regulations, it has been reported that if you buy a mobile SIM with fake documents or use whatsapp, Telegram, or Signal with fake documents, a fine of 50000 rupees or one-year imprisonment has been added.
