Hyderabad: Former andhra pradesh chief minister and governor of karnataka and tamil Nadu K Rosaiah, 88, has passed away here today. It ended in the morning in Hyderabad. He is the record-breaking finance minister who has presented the budget 16 times.
Rosaiah was the chief minister of united andhra pradesh from september 2009 to november 2010. After the death of ysr Rajasekhara Reddy, he was the strong voice of the congress in the andhra pradesh Assembly.
He was also elected to the lok sabha in 1998. He has also served as the President of the andhra pradesh congress Committee. Rosaiah was born on July 4, 1933, in Vemuru, guntur district.
After the death of YSSR .. Roshaiya was sworn in as the chief minister on september 3, 2009. He resigned on november 24, 2010, after fourteen months in office.
