It is well known that chiranjeevi does not get along well with elder actor Rajasekhar and his wife Jeevitha. They previously engaged in a public dispute. Even worse, the couple claimed that the blood donated by common people was being sold by the chiranjeevi blood bank. allu aravind filed a defamation lawsuit against them for the same. As of right now, jeevitha and Rajasekhar have been given a year in prison by the 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrates. The order was passed yesterday, and wednesday brought it to light.

In a separate defamation case, the court also ordered them to pay Rs 5 lakh for making unfounded claims about the chiranjeevi Blood Bank. The pair was granted bail by the court, and they can now appeal their jail sentence in higher courts. The complaint was initially filed after the couple's 2011 claim. The verdict has been reached after 12 arduous years.
The telugu movie industry claims that there has always been animosity between Rajasekhar, jeevitha, and Chiranjeevi. Rajasekhar and chiranjeevi went to the movie Artists Association (MAA) function in 2020. Rajasekhar interrupted the proceedings by getting up and ranting against Senior naresh, the MAA President at the moment, after chiranjeevi finished his statement on stage. Rajasekhar said that Senior naresh was to blame for his missing out on projects and suffering financial losses. Rajasekhar should face harsh disciplinary measures, according to chiranjeevi, who has denounced this behaviour. This was only one of numerous allegedly occurred between chiranjeevi and Rajasekhar that damaged their relationship.
