When the schools reconvene on Wednesday, pupils will have had a relaxing summer holiday full of relaxation and getting to know their extended families. After a roughly 50-day summer break, students will return to their classrooms and playgrounds to begin the new academic year 2024–2025.

Although classes start on Wednesday, the excitement around back-to-school shopping started much earlier as kids and their parents made plans to buy stationery, textbooks, and notebooks.

The schools that had seen little activity during the previous two months prepared to receive new pupils as well. To prepare the classrooms, restrooms, and playgrounds for student use, both public and private schools cleaned them at the last minute.

Teachers at several private schools have already made calls during the first week of June. teachers were requested to create lesson plans, evaluation strategies, worksheets, and extracurricular activities for the full school year in addition to assigning them enrollment tasks.
