In India, people are struggling a lot with the different sporting events available on OTT. Users are not being satisfied by indian sports streaming, and there aren't many reliable sources for them to rely on. However, Netflix consistently strives to meet the needs of its members and is one of the most reputable OTT businesses in India.

However, it appears that Netflix has suddenly been forced to lower the quality of its videos.  The portal only permits 240p videos for WWE matches, however the 199 rupee package offers 720p videos.  A person has complained about the problem on social media.

Fans find this upsetting because WWE is a massive event with a sizable fan base in India, and they should be able to broadcast the matches easily and quickly.  For a while, WWE was available for streaming on SonyLIV, but users weren't happy with the quality of the service.  A seamless watching experience was impeded by the excessive number of advertisements and problems on SonyLIV.  When the show debuted on Netflix, people were thrilled.

Netflix must now address these problems as well in order to prevent a recurrence.  For indian fans, WWE is a very emotional event, hence the platform should provide the best quality possible for their enjoyment.
