Today's nostalgia takes us back to trisha Krishnan's engagement with businessman varun Manian. The actress is still single, but there was a time in her life when she was getting ready to get married. She ultimately called off the engagement, though, because things didn't work out as expected. She subsequently disclosed the true cause of her choice.

When Trisha's movie with Dhanush, Kodi, came out in 2016, many asked if she would still act after getting married.  In response to the query, she stated that her broken engagement was caused by her love of performing.

Trisha revealed that her fiancé urged her to give up performing, thus they had to call off their wedding.  She stated unequivocally that she prioritized her work over the relationship. She stated, as cited on OnManorama, "That's the reason my wedding was canceled.  I was asked to cease acting by the person I was meant to marry.  I decided to end my engagement completely rather than go to the movies.

Trisha went on to say that she wouldn't think about stopping her film career unless she got pregnant.  She wouldn't completely quit the industry even then.  She said she would still play characters that fit her image even if she wasn't offered starring roles.  Trisha talked about her intense love for performing and her intention to work in the motion picture business until the day she died.

"I won't stop till I become pregnant.  I will play characters who fit my image if I don't get offered starring roles, but I won't leave the movie business.  The actress from Good Bad Ugly stated, "I want to act until the day I die."

Varun reportedly disclosed that his father had never supported the match.  He opposed the businessman's marriage to trisha from the start.  He should pick someone from a comparable social background, the family, including close cousins, hoped.
