Who is this woman who turned down sixteen job offers, including one from ISRO?

The oldest of four siblings is Tripti Bhatt.  She comes from a family with a long history of teaching.  Regarding her academic background, Tripti Bhatt finished her elementary education at Beersheba Senior Secondary school in Almora.  She also completed her 12th-grade education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.  Tripti was employed by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) as an Assistant Manager following her graduation from Pantnagar university with a degree in engineering.

What was Tripti Bhatt's UPSC rank?

Media sources state that Tripti Bhatt was offered positions by a number of prestigious companies, including isro and Maruti.  But her dreams were elsewhere.  She chose to take the Civil services exam because she was committed to serving the nation in a more significant capacity.  She was studying for the UPSC test when she was employed at NTPC.  When she passed the exam on her first try with an All india Rank (AIR) of 165, her efforts were rewarded.  After that, she was given her home cadre, and she started working as an IPS officer.

Tripti Bhatt met the late President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam when she was in the ninth grade. He wrote her a handwritten message that was full of encouraging words and had a lasting impact on her early life.  That experience gave her a great sense of direction and served as a major source of inspiration, which shaped her resolve to serve the country through public service.

Early in her career, Tripti Bhatt demonstrated extraordinary brilliance and tenacity.  She reportedly turned down up to 16 government job offers before passing the UPSC exam, which amply demonstrates her strong qualifications and laser-like dedication.  ISRO was one of those offers, but Tripti remained determined to become a civil services drafter and approached her work with a purpose.

Tripti Bhatt decided to pursue a career in the indian police service (IPS) after achieving an amazing All india Rank (AIR) of 165th in 2013. She started her career as the Superintendent of police (SP) in dehradun after being assigned to her home cadre.  Following her time there, she assumed the position of SP in Chamoli before being named the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) commander in Tehri Garhwal.  In dehradun, Tripti Bhatt is also the SP for Security and Intelligence.
