The pornography case of businessman and actress shilpa Shetty's husband raj Kundra has taken a new turn. In a sudden turn of events, the police have obtained adult film scripts and contract copy of an actress in Kundra's office, reportedly.

In addition, the police are also said, they have seized the server through on the alleged porn content was uploaded. Before this, the police have reportedly found bank transactions, whatsapp chats, hard disks and pen drives linked to the case.

The police arrested raj Kundra on monday and he was sent into custody till July 23 by the court in the alleged porn films racket case. According to contract copy found in Kundra's office, the actress/model signing it agrees to the makers' terms and conditions. The actress/model gives her consent for the production saying that she is not forced by the makers for doing 'nude/bold scenes' required for the film and has no objection to release the videos for web series, films and OTT projects.

The police claimed that there are several whatsapp chats proving that Kundra was involved in the app's financial dealings and its contents.

The police also said till now they have received complaints from three women in this case, saying that they were "forced to act in pornographic videos". "The accused raj Kundra and his associate took advantage of struggling actors, models and other workers, and compelled them to work in pornographic movies with them. They used to shoot these movies in rented bungalows in Mumbai," the police added.

The police alleged that the accused has "made huge profits by making pornographic films and uploading these videos on mobile apps for which he received subscription fees from viewers". The pornographic content was uploaded on an app 'HotShots' belonging to Arms Prime Pvt Ltd, owned by Kundra himself.
